There are several ways to check in for your flight. For your convenience, we offer multiple check-in options and ways to drop off your baggage at the airport.
Check-in at our dedicated desks
We have check-in desks at your disposal where our agents will take care of the whole check-in process for you.
Business Class passengers have a dedicated check-in counter at every airport, while at Brussels Airport there are also dedicated counters for passengers travelling in Premium Economy Class.
Express check-in
With our self-service units, you can speed your way through the airport. Select or change your seat, add your frequent flyer number and print your boarding pass. If you need to check in baggage, you will also receive a baggage tag. After completing your check-in, you can drop off your bags at our self-service baggage drop-off points or hand them over at our check-in desks.
This service is available in Barcelona, Budapest, Copenhagen, Geneva, Lisbon, Nice, London Heathrow, Prague, Rome, Stockholm, Tel Aviv, Toulouse and Venice.
Good to know
If you’re returning within 24 hours, you can check in for your return flight at the same time.
Check-in desks You can simply hand over your baggage to our staff at a check-in counter. They will prepare the baggage tag and send it to the airport’s baggage handlers.
Baggage drop-off units If you’re already checked in and simply need to drop off baggage, you can use our self-service baggage drop-off units. Simply scan your boarding pass and follow the instructions. It should only take a few minutes. (Available at London Heathrow, Geneva and Copenhagen.)
Even if you're travelling with hand baggage only, you still need to check in for your flight.
If you've checked in online, you can directly proceed to your departure gate. Make sure that your baggage is within the size and weight limits, doesn't contain any dangerous goods and complies with regulations regarding gels and liquids.
