This community of free-spirited creatives now has its own prime minister, president, ambassador and constitution. Visitors to this bohemian enclave can take in its various galleries and conceptual fashion stores, or have a drink at the Užupis "parliament": the bar, Uzupio Kavine.
- Visit the Vilnius KGB Museum. Formally known as the Museum of Genocide Victims, this moving collection of exhibits is located within the former headquarters of the KGB.
