Yes, you can apply if you hold a passport of a member state of the European Union.
Before the start of the training, applicants must undergo screening for an initial medical examination (EASA Class 1 medical) at an accredited aero-medical centre. Regulations require good basic health.
You can take these tests at an EASA-recognised aero-medical centre. We recommend ‘Brussels Aviation Medical Center’ (BAM) that is located in our headquarters in Diegem. After a successful selection process, our Cabin Office Management will explain you how to make an appointment at BAM, and how to undergo the required psychoactive substances test at BAR-T (Brussels Airport).
You have to wait one year before you can apply again.

In the world of aviation, every week is different and this is even more the case for our operational and flying staff. Hence, you will never have a “typical week” and your schedule will not be a classic 9-to-5. Depending on the flights that are assigned to you, you may have schedules that vary strongly from week to week and from day to day. For illustration purpose, you will find hereunder an example of a week planning, as operated in reality.
