Invoice requests
If you book a flight with Brussels Airlines and you need an invoice for personal or business purposes, you can use your electronic receipt for your accountancy, for fiscal and legal purposes.
How do I get an invoice receipt?
When booking directly with Brussels Airlines, you’ll get a ticket confirmation in your email box as soon as you’ve finalised your booking. This document can be used for accountancy, for fiscal and legal purposes and is recognised as a receipt in most countries.
You don’t need to request an extra invoice.
If you still wish to request an invoice, you can fill in the invoice request form up to 3 months after your last flight. It can take up to 5 working days before your invoice request is processed.
If you have lost your electronic receipt, contact our Service Centre.
