What is the chauffeur service?

In some cases, your departure point or final destination is in one of Belgium's neighbouring countries. Therefore, Brussels Airlines has developed a chauffeur service that takes you door to door. This exclusive service includes a personal driver to bring you from your home address to the airport and back.

Transportation will be offered to all adult passengers (unaccompanied minors are not eligible) travelling on flights from Africa, the United States or Europe to Brussels, and back.

Am I eligible for this service?

In order be eligible for this service, you must have booked Brussels Airlines tickets and fly on Brussels Airlines operated flights. Furthermore, you need to meet the following requirements:

Travel as a single passenger with a minimum fare level of €2,500 excluding airport taxes
Travel with up to 3 passengers in total (max. 4 passengers in total) from the same European address and with a combined fare of minimum €2,500 excluding airport taxes

Are there specific pick-up and drop-off points?

Aalsmeer, Amsterdam, Breda, The Hague, Dordrecht, Eindhoven, Haarlem, Hilversum, Maastricht, Rotterdam, Tilburg, Terneuzen, Utrecht, Zaanstad, Zoetermeer, and all other Dutch cities between Brussels and these cities.

Lille, Arras, Cambrai, Abbeville, Amiens, Boulogne-sur-Mer, Douai, Dunkerque, Maubeuge, Calais, Saint-Quentin, and all other French cities between Brussels and these cities.

Bonn, Cologne, Leverkusen, Solingen, Krefeld, Düsseldorf, Mönchengladbach, Duisburg, Essen, Wuppertal, Dortmund, Bochum, and all other German cities between Brussels and these cities.

Luxembourg and all other Luxembourgish cities.
