What is a booking reference? 

A booking reference is a specific code, printed on your e-ticket confirmation. It mostly consists of 6 letters or numbers.

 

Where can I find my booking reference? 

Your booking reference is printed on your booking confirmation mail and on the passenger receipt. It mostly consists of 6 letters or numbers.
When you have booked your e-ticket with a travel agent and you did not receive a booking reference we kindly advise you to ask your travel agent for your booking reference
