What does this mean?

You won't find a better place to buy Brussels Airlines tickets than on its own website www.brusselsairlines.com. So you can always feel confident when booking your ticket online with Brussels Airlines. However, should you find a better price, we invite you to contact us to benefit from the refund of the difference.

How does it work?

If you have already made your booking on www.brusselsairlines.com and find a better online offer for the same flights, exclusively operated by Brussels Airlines (hence, excluding code-share flights operated by Brussels Airlines’ partners), and same product (b.light economy, b.flex economy+, b.business, economy class or business class), we'll refund the difference + a 10% discount of the lower fare found. Please complete our claim form.

Save a screenshot of the fare quote page where you found the cheaper fare (as we will request this) and submit it to us within the hour after booking. 

Brussels Airlines will evaluate your request and react within 3 calendar days and, if appropriate, make the reimbursement (the difference + 10%) within 30 days on the credit / debit card used when paying your Brussels Airlines ticket.

Claim checklist - please ensure all criteria are met, otherwise the claim will be invalid.

• You need to save a screen shot of the fare quote page from the website where you found the cheaper fare (detail on how to do this is below) together with a screen shot of the conditions applicable to the cheaper fare
• The fare must be for the same flights, same date of travel, same airport of origin and destination, same scheduled hour of departure
• Your claim must be made online and within the hour following your online booking with Brussels Airlines
• The fare must be quoted in the similar currency as your Brussels Airlines booked fare
• The fare must include all taxes and surcharges           

How do I take a screenshot?

If you find a cheaper online fare that meets the criteria mentioned in the Brussels Airlines Terms & Conditions press the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard and paste this on a blank document by clicking on the "paste" icon on your tool bar.
